Tracey is a PR strategist renowned for her efficiency, enthusiasm and substantial Australian PR network. With a Business Degree and considerable experience, such as Marketing Manager of Tourism Tasmania, she now successfully services a range of hotel and tourism clients throughout Australia.

Market Research & Feasibility
Ron has over 30 years of hotel industry experience. His specific skills include a deep understanding of the dynamics of the hotel and food service markets, as well as a detailed knowledge of hospitality operations and business management. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent (NSW).

Creative Direction & Design
After many years in advertising agencies, and more than two decades leading a team within his own studio, Phil’s graphic design and creative direction experience is extensive. His strong commitment to brand is the key to his success in developing effective multichannel communications.

James Beattie is a talented web developer with 10 years' experience, much of which has been in the travel industry. He has a wide range of web-related technical skills, and an excellent understanding of web standards, usability and accessibility.

Rutger has 25 years of wide-ranging experience in the hospitality industry – in operations, corporate management and consulting – across three continents. He specialises in strategic analysis and development of hotel projects, and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent (NSW).

With 15 years' experience in international marketing across four continents, Max excels at creating direct marketing campaigns via email and mail. His new E-Box e-marketing application enables our clients to maximise their email and database marketing potential.

Anne Matthews
Copywriting & Editing
Anne Matthews is a ‘Plain-English’ writer and ‘eagle-eyed’ editor with 30 years’ experience in the tourism and publishing industries. Her clients have included World Expeditions, Bounty Voyages, Fodor's and Aurora Expeditions. She is a Member of the Society of Editors.

Prue Beckett
Marketing & Communications
Prue gained senior marketing experience managing global brands including Moet & Chandon and Hennessy. As GM Starcom Canberra, Prue managed the Federal and ACT Governments’ advertising and media contracts. This expertise plus practical experience in operating boutique accommodation within Australia underpins her delivery of creative hospitality and tourism marketing.
